Hello. Is anyone else having problems reconnecting their Tide bank account?

Thanks for getting back to us here, at the moment we don't have any reported issues with the Tide connections so the client should be able to update this successfully.
To troubleshoot, can you have the client disable all pop-up blockers on the browser and then connect the account by signing into QuickBooks on an incognito/private browsing window? 🤞
