Bringing your data from your current file to your new QuickBooks Online (QBO) account is my top priority, @kenterprisesltd1. Let me walk you through the process.

To start, you need to export your old data to Excel and save it to your computer. Then, import them to your new QuickBooks account to move your files.

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to the Gear icon, then click on Export Data.
  3. Toggle the data you want to export to On.
  4. Click the Export to Excel button.

After that, you'd see a . ZIP file containing the exported data. You can review the details, and save them for your record.

To import them to your new QBO account:

  1. Click the Gear icon, then select Import data.
  2. Select the data you want to import.
  3. Hit the Browser button, then select the file you export.
  4. Click Next, then follow the onscreen instruction.

For more hints, while exporting and importing your files, you can review the resources from these articles:

To wrap it up, you may cancel your old QBO subscription to get rid of your old account.

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as an admin user.
  2. Go to the Gear icon, then Account and Settings.
  3. Go to Billing & Subscription
  4. Select Cancel subscription or Cancel online in the QuickBooks section.
  5. Follow the onscreen pop-ups to complete the process.

If you've purchased QuickBooks through the Apple App or Google Play Stores, see the resources from this link as your reference on how to end your subscription: Cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription or trial.

I'm more than happy to help if you have other questions while working with your QBO entries. Just leave a comment below. Have a good one!
