Help desk advises software was removed overlast weekend stopping bank feed & deleting entries back to 9th Jan. HSBC no idea if they Open Banking ready by 14th March.

Can QuickBooks reinstate this or put pressure on HSBC please? Why remove software without any notice. Its nearly the end of the financial year. Help!

Hello Hickling-woodsid, 

 

We are working with HSBC to resolve any issues, HSBC's feed is complained and will keep working after the 14th until they are ready to move over to open banking.
