Thanks for sharing some clarification about your concern, @SPRC,
The Banking page in QuickBooks is used for reviewing downloaded transactions before they are added into individual registers. This means that the accounts displayed in there is either set up for online banking or are importing bank files manually .
If you want to see the Manual Savings Account in the Bank Feed but can't connect it online, you may opt to upload the transactions manually. Download the data from your financial institution then map the transactions in a Comma-Separated Values file (CSV).
Please see this article to know more about the steps: How to import bank transactions using Excel CSV files?
Once the file is ready, start importing the file to your QuickBooks Online company. Follow these steps:
- Click Banking from the left navigation panel.
- Locate File Upload from the Update drop-down or Upload transactions manually if there isn’t any bank connected to QBO.
- Select Browse and choose the file you downloaded.
- Choose an account from the list, then Next.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to map the fields.
- Pick the transactions to import, then click Yes and Let’s go.
For the information and steps on importing these files, see this article: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
Once imported successfully, you will now see the account in the Banking menu including the transactions for reviewing. Check out this link for more information on how to manage bank entries: Categorise and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.
