Hi am getting three tranctions on as bank discrepencies, The banik reconciliation works, Not sure what causing these transactions showing a credit balance on QB TB

Let's make sure to fix the credit balance in your Trial Balance report, Danyal.

A trial balance report records all transactions listed in your general ledger accounts on a separate spreadsheet to ensure your journal entries are balanced and accurate.  It is considered to be a technique for checking the debit and credit amounts recorded in various ledger accounts.

You'll want to drill down the report by clicking the account in question so you'll be able to track or trace what specific transactions that cause the issue. After that, double-check the Transaction Report. Then, carefully check the transactions one by one.
