Hi An employee says they didn't receive their P60 for last financial year (2018 - 2019 ). Is there a way to print them again for a previous year?

Yes, there's a way to print the P60 again for the previous year. I'll provide different information on how to print this base on the payroll you're using.

If you're using the Standard Payroll, you can retrieve P60 individually from the employee's Document page. Please note that you can only retrieve once you have run your final payroll. If not, there's no option to print the P60 again for the previous year.

For Advanced Payroll and PaySuite, I suggest going to Employees, then Reports. From there. you'll be able to print the P60 once the tax year has been completed.
