Hi, can I connect my Monese bank account to the QB app?

I'm here to share help on how you can connect your bank account to QuickBooks, @tyhe-mbc4fitness.

Yes, you can connect your Monese bank to QuickBooks mobile app. Just go to the Banking menu and connect your bank from there.  

If you're using an iPhone or iPad (iOS):

1. Click the profile icon.
2. Select Settings and then Bank accounts.
3. Tap the Plus (+) icon.
4. Search for your bank by name or URL.
5. Enter the sign-in info you use for your bank's website.
6. When you're ready, select Sign-in.

On a phone or tablet with android:

1. Select the menu ☰ icon.
2. Select Settings and then Bank accounts.
3. Select the Plus (+) icon.
4. Search for your bank by name or URL.
5. Enter the sign-in info you use for your bank's website.
6. When you're ready, select Sign-in.

In case your bank isn't yet added to the list of supported banks. You'll have to use the Request support for your bank option in the Banking menu. This will notify our banking engineers about the new website and update it in the system.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Banking or Transactions menu.
2. Select Add account.
3. On the Connect an account page, enter the Monese bank website.
4. You'll get the message, "Hmm, we can’t find [name of the bank you entered] in our list of supported banks," and you will be presented with helpful tips to try and locate your bank account.
5. Click the Request support for your bank button.
6. Enter all the necessary details.
7. Select Request.
