Hi. Does anyone else pay Quickbooks AND Intuit monthly for the Self Employed package? If so, do you know why? TIA

So Quickbooks subscription is paid each month so we take out your subscriptions  each month for your account so it stays active for you so you can use it.

Thanks Ashleigh. I appreciate that it's a monthly subscription, but I'm querying why I'm paying for it twice?

As long as you have a single account or plan for QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE), then you should only be paying once a month for the service. For the time being, I would recommend reaching out to our Support Team for further assistance with the double charge you've received. A live representative can check your account securely and discuss each charge you're paying.

 

To contact support:

 

  1. Open your QBSE account.
  2. Click Assistant from the top menu bar.
  3. Ask general questions or enter a short description of your concern.
  4. If you want to connect with us directly, type or say “Talk to a human.”

  5. Choose a way to connect with support.
