Hi there, usergnpstructuralsur.

Thank you for posting here in Community and for choosing QuickBooks Online (QBO) as your accounting software. I'll provide steps on how to transfer your accounts from Anna to QuickBooks.

Currently, there's no option to directly transfer accounts from Anna to QuickBooks. You'll need first to export the data from Anna to Excel. Then, import them into QuickBooks Online. Before that, get your spreadsheet ready and make sure you have these columns in your spreadsheet:

  • Account Name
  • Account Type
  • Detail Type

Then, follow the steps below to start importing your accounts in QBO.

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Go to the Gear ⚙ icon and select Import Data.
  3. Select Chart of Accounts.
  4. Select Browse and then find and select the spreadsheet of your invoices.
  5. Select Next.

Once done, match your fields to QuickBooks fields to make sure your accounts get imported correctly. You can click this article to see the steps and to finish the process: Move your chart of accounts to QuickBooks Online.

You can also contact Anna's support team for help with transferring your accounts to QuickBooks.
