Hi I have a Tide account and I’m having issues connecting it to QuickBooks it was working in the past but all of a sudden I cannot get it to connect as any other person had this issue

When you are trying to reconnect your tide bank are you getting any error messages or codes showing?

 

Are you trying to do the reconnection on the app or web browser?

 

If it is the web browser which browser are you using?
