Hi I managed to connect my personal rather than business bank account. Does anyone know how I can swap to my business account please?

I'm here to help connect your business account to QuickBooks Online, @suziemcdanielcer.

If you want to swap the two accounts, you can disconnect your personal account and connect your business account. 

Here's how: 

1. Go to the Banking menu.
2. Select Link account if you've already created an account.
3. Search for your bank. 
4. Click Continue and then enter the username and password you use for your bank's website in the pop-up window. 
5. Choose the accounts you want to connect to QuickBooks. 
6. Select the date range for the download. 
7. Once done, click Connect.

Now that your accounts are connected, QuickBooks Online will automatically download transactions so you don't have to enter them manually. All you have to review and categorize the downloaded transactions.
