Hi, I've synced up my Paypal account with Quickbooks but the description that is pulled through for the transactions are not what I need. Anyone know how to change this?

Are you referring to you don't need description to populate or the description is incorrect?

Hi, Wanted to add more detail to my question but QuickBooks got me on the character limitations. I still need a description however at the moment, it's pulling all the customer information when I actually need what the customer purchased to categorise my income accurately. Thanks!

The information provided is given directly from the provider I, PayPal is not a supported connection with in QuickBooks. This was due to errors occurring with accounts supporting multi currency, for this reason it is unlikely any changes will occur to the description information being provided.
