Hi, I want to review my bank account connection but every time I click on the red review bank connection link through the iPhone app it just shuts the app down.

Let's try to update the QuickBooks Self-Employed app. It's to ensure you've downloaded all updates and critical fixes. Here's how:

  1. Open Google Play Store or App Store.
  2. Find the QuickBooks Self-Employed app.
  3. Click Update

Once done, try to review your bank account again.

 

If it didn't make any difference, let's uninstall and reinstall the app to refresh the program.
