Hi, is anyone else having regular ongoing issues with TSB bank connections. My connections are going down constantly with no update forthcoming?

I acknowledge that connecting your bank to QuickBooks is essential so you can manage your transactions in the system, reid556.

Per checking, we have an ongoing investigation regarding TSB bank connectivity in QuickBooks. That said, please know that our technical team is working tirelessly to resolve this matter promptly.

Furthermore, I recommend contacting our Support Team to add you to the affected users and provide you with updates regarding this issue. I'm adding the steps below so you can reach them:

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Click (?) Help.
  3. Select the Search tab and hit Contact Us.
  4. Pick or enter brief details about your concern.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us:
  • Start a chat - start a conversation with our support personnel. The chat support team is available all day from Monday to Friday.
  • Call us - talk to our available agent. This type of support is available from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM on Monday to Friday. Then, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM during weekends.

Moreover, while waiting for this to get resolved, you may fetch your transactions from your bank and manually upload the data in QuickBooks in a CSV file format.

Additionally, when transactions get downloaded to QuickBooks, they must be designated accordingly. This way, you'll have accurate data on your accounts. Kindly refer to this article for proper guidance with this task: Categorise online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

We always prioritize providing help whenever needed. If you have more concerns with your bank connectivity in QuickBooks, please reply to this thread. We'll be in touch.
