Hi, Is anyone having problems reconnecting with their bank, to the use the banking section? I try online and not on the app, as requested, but left with a blank window

We'll try a few steps to fix it. Start with logging into your account through a private browser. This is the right place to isolate web issues. These are the shortcut keys:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N 
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

If you're able to successfully connect your account using the private browsing session, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. This fixes web issues.

 

Also, you can use a different browser like Google Chrome or Firefox.
