Hi. My bank account is linked to QBO so info is update. Is there a way of making multiple payment via online banking and NOT have to re-enter that same data in QBO

Yes, you can select Add to move the banking transactions to your account register. You can only do this if there is no same existing data in QBO.

Meanwhile, you can select Match to link the cleared bank transaction to the existing one in your register.
