Hi, My CRM Engagebay says that it's due to Quickbooks not having webhook facility that I can't have Real-Time sync between Quickbooks and Emgagebay. Is this right?

Afaik, Engagebay doesn't support QBO natively. That's why you need a connector to integrate both apps.

Thanks for this. I did see make.com before but was looking for a CRM that had all the integrations 'In-House' which I thought Engagebay had.

Do you happen to know if I use make.com and setup a connection between Quickbooks and Engagebay how much data they'll be able to sync and will it be in real-time or close to?

With regards to your concern, I’d suggest reaching out to Engagebay to confirm if the data that will be sync is real-time or not. Alternatively, you might consider looking for a third-party app in QBO. Here’s how:

Go to Apps.
Go to the Find Apps tab.
Use the search bar to look for an app.
