Hi the banking tab has vanished from my app so i cant view recent payments and match off from my mobile

Let's perform some steps so you can see the Banking tab on your mobile app, @RKLetts. Here are the possible reasons why this tab has vanished from your app: 

  • The internet connection on your mobile device isn't stable.
  • The phone's operating system isn't updated. 
  • The stored app data is full. 

 

First, you can change the data connection on your device. This can be done by turning off the Wifi connection and then use cellular data or vice versa. This ensures the Banking tab will appear on the screen. 

 

Second, you'll need to update your phone's operating system to the latest version. If you're using iOS, just go to the Settings, then hit General and tap Software Update. For Android, just go to Settings, then select About Phone, and tap Check for Updates

 

Third, you can clear the app data. This helps the app to get a clean slate to function efficiently. If you're using Android, here's how: 

  1. Go to the menu at the top right.
  2. Select Settings
  3. Choose Refresh Data.
  4. Click Yes.

 

For iOS: 

  1. Go to the menu at the top right.
  2. Select Help Feedback
  3. Choose Refresh Data.
  4. Click Refresh.
