I was seeing my personal and business transactions in my QB feed.

I thought is was because I have two Starling accounts with the same log in. I decided to unlink and re link my business account but have now lost my reviewed transactions

How do I get them back?

Thanks
Oscar

Hello there, @oscarwinter-enk-. Thanks for posting to the Community.

I can share some information about the missing transactions in your Reviewed tab.

In your case, those reviewed transactions settle and are marked as cleared (C) in your business bank's account history. You might want to go there and see the latest entry to confirm it by comparing the transaction date, amount, and other details with your real-time business bank account statement. If you wish to add them back in the Reviewed/Categorised tab, this might give you duplicate entries in your account history.

Here's how to see the latest transaction in your QuickBooks account register:

  1. Go to Bookkeeping and select Chart of accounts.
  2. Find the business account in question. Then, in the Action column, choose Account history.
  3. Click/Toggle the Date header to see the first three latest and last three oldest transactions as your reference.

Then try to look at your business account statement, if it matches the latest transaction you reviewed in the QuickBooks business account history.

Once confirmed, you can now re-link your Starling business account. For example, if the latest transaction date saved in QuickBooks Online account history is 7/12/2022, ensure the following date starts 7/13/2022 when you connect your bank.

However, if you're unable to see those transactions in your business account history, you can re-link your account thoroughly. Make sure you covered the correct start date to the most recent entry to get this reviewed back in QuickBooks.

Furthermore, I'd like you to check this guide on how to match or add your transactions with the records you saved in QuickBooks: Assign, categorise, edit, and add your downloaded banking transactions.
