Welcome to the Community space, @turnerrenovation. It's my pleasure to help you locate the transactions that seem to be disappeared after you added them from the banking page.

You'll want to review the category or account posted for the added transactions. All transactions that you've added should be posted to the category you've assigned.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Bookkeeping, then Transactions, and select Bank transactions.
  2. Select the tile for the account you want to review.
  3. Go to the Categorised tab to start your review.
  4. Find the transaction and select it to open its details.

You can also open your bank register and locate the transactions from there. Just make sure to access the same bank register to what you've added the transactions.

However, if you're still unable to view your sales transactions, let’s perform the troubleshooting steps below to isolate this odd behavior while navigating within the program. To verify, we can start by opening your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account in incognito mode. Below are the shortcut keys that you can use:

  • Google Chrome: Press CTRL + Shift + N.
  • Safari: Press Command + Shift + N.
  • Microsoft Edge: Press CTRL + Shift + N.
  • Mozilla Firefox: Press CTRL + Shift + P.

Once signed in, open the bank register again and find the transactions. If it works, I recommend clearing the cache of your regular browser to eliminate damaged files. If the same thing happens, I suggest using another supported browser or device to open your account.

Additionally, I encourage you to reconcile your accounts in QBO regularly (every month). This helps monitor your income and expense transactions and detect any possible errors accordingly. For details, see this article: Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online.

If there's anything else you need or if you have other banking concerns and questions about managing transactions in QBO, I'm always ready to help. Take care.
