Ho do I connect to tsb ?

This connection has been working. I have re-authorised the connection.  I have cleared the cache, tried different browsers, different computers, different internet connections, app and desktop.  TSB reports authorisation is granted.  Quickbooks reports "Opps there is an error"
How do I connect to TSB?

Hi peterbooth, thanks for your post - we don't currently have any reported issue with TSB, have you attempted to disconnect and reconnect the account? We've included the steps for this here so that you'll know which date to pick when reconnecting. 🙂

Now it is permanently disconnected.

 

I get the error message

Looks like you didn’t complete the connection with TSB Bank (UK) - Business Banking.

We'll take you to your site now to reconnect your account. Then we'll return you here and get everything back on track. (571)

 

Going around in circles and wasting time...

Hello Peterbooth,  so banking error 571 is if you see this error, it means that you have either closed the consent page while connecting to Open Banking in QuickBooks, or you may have pop-up blockers on your browser that are active. This prevents you from completing the setup and proceeding to the transaction page.

To resolve this issue, disable the pop-up blockers on your browser and try to connect again. Alternatively, refresh the page to allow for the consent page to fully load.
