How Can I import Direct Debit Mandates in small batches in Quickbooks?

It currently doesn't show the window with available mandates, it gives an error.

We don't currently have any known issues of this, what does the error show?

 

To test that this is not a browser-related issue please try clearing the cache on the browser you are using or loading through an incognito window.

Can we just confirm are you referring to integrating existing direct debit mandates from Go Cardless into QuickBooks?

Hi yiqbal, 

 

When you select the 'import mandates' button in QuickBooks this will bring up a window with the available mandates to import, which you can then tick to select those you wish to bring across, to a maximum of 100 mandates per import.
