How come the export/import formats are not same ???? its really stupid annoying and time consuming, and impossible to resolve as address fields are incompatible

We appreciate the difference in file formatting between the import and export files can cause added work and we've passed feedback on to our Product team with hopes that this will be addressed in the future. In the meantime, we recommend copy & pasting the required data where possible between files.
