How do I amend the bank details such as name of account and the account number

There are two scenarios that we can consider how you can change your bank details in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Let me elaborate them.

If you've accidentally connected an incorrect account, you can disconnect it. Here's how:

1. Go to the Banking menu or Transactions menu.
2. Select the blue tile for your bank account.
3. Select the pencil icon to edit the account, then select Edit account info.
4. Select the Disconnect this account on save check box.
5. Click Save and close.

Then, connect the correct account.

On the other hand, if you'll want to update the payment method for your subscription, you can follow the steps below.

1. Sign in as the Master or Company Admin.
2. Go to Settings, then select Account and Settings.
3. From the left menu, select Billing Subscription.
4. Select Edit ✎ beside your payment method.
5. Update your credit card info.
6. Make sure the address in QuickBooks is the same as the one on your credit card statement.
7. Click Confirm card or Save.
