How do i archive or delete old bank accounts as they have been dormant for 3 years and QB keeps asking me to reconnect ?

In QuickBooks Online, you can make the account as inactive. This option will mark the old accounts as deleted. Here's how:

1. Click the Gear icon ⚙ at the upper right corner and choose Chart of Accounts.
2. Find the account you want to archive.
3. Select the drop-down arrow ▼ in the ACTION column. Then select Make inactive.
4. Hit Yes.
