How do I delete my account?

It's sad to see you go, hannahdrayton-hd. But I'm here to guide you in deleting your account.

 

We can go to the Billing and Subscription page to close your plan. Before diving, please make sure to finish your pending tasks and download the important reports that you might need in the future. When you're ready, here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to QBO as an admin user using a web browser.
  2. Head to Settings, then choose Account and settings.
  3. Select Billing & subscription.
  4. In the QuickBooks section, choose Cancel subscription or Cancel online
  5. If you're canceling a trial, pick Cancel trial.
  6. Follow the onscreen steps to complete the process.

 

 

If you subscribe through Google or Apple App Store, refer to the steps listed in this link: Cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription.

 

Keep in mind that we will keep your company data for a year before it will be permanently deleted. This way, you can pick up where you left off once you decide to come back.
