Did you mean cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription? If that is so, please follow these steps:

 

  1. Open a web browser on your computer (not a mobile device).
  2. Sign in to QuickBooks Online using your admin user credentials.
  3. Go to the Settings ⚙️ menu and select Subscriptions and billing. Note: If you don't see the Subscriptions and billing tab, it means you purchased QuickBooks through a mobile app store. In that case, please refer to the article below.
  4. In the QuickBooks section, choose either Cancel subscription or Cancel online. If you are canceling a trial, select Cancel trial.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the cancellation process.

 

If you've subscribed through Play Store or the App Store, please refer to this article: Cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription or trial.

 

We keep your data for One Year after cancellation. This ensures that if you decide to come back, you can easily pick up where you left off. When you sign in to the Company Selection page, you will find the expired files listed under Cancelled Companies, where you can view them.
