Hello, @zoequick.

 

Cancelling the QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription stops Intuit from charging your account. To fully delete your account, you can purge it as long as it's within 90 days of signup. If it's older than 90 days, you can fully cancel the subscription.

 

To cancel a QBO subscription:

  1. Go to the Gear icon, then select Account and Settings.
  2. Select the Billing and subscription tab.
  3. In the QuickBooks section, click on Cancel subscription or Cancel online.
  4. Choose to Continue to cancel, then select the Continue to cancel button (if it shows on your screen).
  5. Follow the next steps.
  6. Tap Submit and cancel subscription.
  7. Hit Got it.

Once it's cancelled, you only have the read-only access to your account for a year from the date of cancellation. if you wish to you can export or print your data before the said action to save it for your future reference.
