How do i get my reconcile bank in =to the banking bit so i can match it up

The reconcile screen will show all transactions which have been reviewed from the banking section within the start and end date of the reconciliation.

To reconcile, tick the transactions on the reconcile screen against the transactions from your online bank statement.
