How do I manually input items into quickbooks? Normally the bank account automatically syncs but between 5/1/22 and 11/8/22 nothing synced

Thank you for visiting the Community, Info. Let me discuss this in detail and guide you on how properly manually input bank entries in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

When downloading bank transactions from your bank to QuickBooks, you'll have to ensure it's in the correct format before you upload it. That said, you can only upload CSVs in either the following 3-column or 4-column formats.

The three mandatory fields needed to import successfully into QuickBooks are DateDescription, and Amount Columns. Then, 4 column format has a Date, Description, Credit (money out), and Debit (money in) column. With this, manually importing transactions from Excel into QuickBooks isn't possible.

If there are more transactions, you can consider getting a CSV file from your bank and uploading it into QuickBooks Online.

To view additional information on how successfully download transactions in QuickBooks, you can open this article: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.

Once done, you can review downloaded bank and credit card transactions and put them in the correct category within the QuickBooks system.

After that, you may refer to this article on how to reconcile them. So they always match your bank, and there aren't any duplicate transactions: Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online.
