Question

How do I re authorise a bank connection to hsbc ? When I try to do this from the app I get the message "oops something went wrong".

Please login via a web browser using a computer/laptop device if you have this available, and select the button to link your account on the banking dashboard. If the account does not authorize successfully from here, try opening an incognito/private browsing window (press Ctrl + Shift + n at once in Google Chrome or MS Edge browser to open) to troubleshoot the connection.
