To reconnect or re-authorise this bank connection, you'll just have to disconnect and reconnect the account to online banking by following all the steps that I'll be providing below.
Before disconnecting the bank account, make sure to categorise and match all your transactions from the For Review tab. Here's how:
- Go to the Banking menu or Transactions menu and select the blue bank square for the bank account you need to disconnect.
- Click the For Review tab.
- From here, you can match, add, or view multiple matches from the account.

Once you're done, you can now disconnect the bank account from the web. Follow the steps below:
- Login to your account using a web browser using this link: qbo.intuit.com.
- Go to the Banking menu or Transactions menu and select the blue bank square for the bank account you need to disconnect.

- Click the Edit✎ icon in the tile for the bank account you want to update, then select Edit account info.

- Choose the Disconnect this account on save checkbox.

- Select Save and close.
Then, reconnect the bank account:
- Go back to the Banking or Transactions menu and click on the Add account or Link account button.
- Follow the onscreen instruction to connect the bank account successfully.
- Click on Connect.
