How do I show the invoice items as I want them (important to less important) rather than in service date order?

Unfortunately, you're unable to sort invoices in that particular order as Quickbooks does not have a way of knowing what's important and what's not. You can order the Invoices in date, amount and customer order by selecting date, customer, etc when on the invoice page.Thanks
