Utilize a 3rd party app to convert a PDF bank statement to QBO

Let's get your reconciliation report exported to Excel, @timberfocus.

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), you're unable to export the reconciliation report directly to an Excel file. As an alternative, you'll have to copy the information on the report and manually paste it into Excel. Here's how:

  1. Click Reports from the left menu.
  2. Search for the Reconciliation report.
  3. Choose the appropriate bank account and select the statement ending date.
  4. Highlight the information on the report, then right-click and choose Copy.
  5. Open an Excel file and paste the information manually.
  6. Adjust the column widths for the format of the Excel report to show all the information.
  7. Click Save once finished.
