How do you set up a Nat West Credit card feed? The only login options are the normal bank feed or bankline. There is no option for cardsonline. Any tips??

I can help you connect your NatWest Cards Online, KB99.

 

This issue has already been reported and being fix by our engineers. Though, there are two different ways to bring in your transactions into QuickBooks Online. The first one is to upload a CSV file. It's a file from your bank that contains all your transactions. You can contact them to have a copy of it.

 

You can read this article: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online. This will give you all the steps on how to successfully get and upload the file.

 

Another way is to connect it is through Natwest Cards Online (UK) - Other Cards instead of Natwest Cards Online (UK).

In addition, I suggest contacting our Customer Support Team about the investigation. They can add you on the list of affected users so that you'll receive updates about it.

  1. Go to Help and select Contact Us.
  2. Enter NatWest Cards Online and click Let's talk.
  3. Choose either Get a callback or Chat.
