As I've checked here on my end, there are no ongoing issues or investigations relating to your concern about the Tide Bank connection outage that happened today. Beforehand, is there any error message received while connecting the bank to QuickBooks Online (QBO)? Any additional information is much appreciated, as this will help me check if there are similar reports or cases from other users.

 

I see how relevant it is to have your bank linked successfully and be able to download the transactions to QuickBooks Online. In the meantime, you'll want to consider checking if Tide bank is having a system issue or maintenance. This is a common reason why we encountered unusual behavior in QBO. That said, you can visit your financial institution's website.

 

As a workaround, we can manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online
