How to add THE COUNTING UP BANK to connect a bank?

I completely understand how valuable it is to have your Counting Up account linked with QuickBooks Online. Let's work together to ensure everything is set up correctly and managing finances is a breeze.   

I've checked through QuickBooks' available resources to determine whether the Counting up bank is supported in QuickBooks Online. Unfortunately, it seems that QuickBooks does not support this particular bank. 

One option is to submit a request to include your financial institution. Doing so would allow it to be added during our upcoming updates. To submit a request, please follow these steps: 

1. Select the Banking menu. 
2. Click the Link account. 
3. In the search bar, enter The Counting up bank. 
4. Tap the Still can't find your bank?. 
5. Enter the Bank name and Bank web address (URL) and click Request. 

After completing your request, we can manually upload the bank transactions to your QuickBooks Online account. Here's how:

1. Click Banking from the sidebar menu, then choose the Banking tab.
2. Press the drop-down under Link account and choose Upload from the file.
3. Hit Drag and drop or select files and choose the file you downloaded from your bank.
4. Select the account you want to upload the transactions into from the QuickBooks account ▼ drop-down menu, then select Continue.
5. Follow the onscreen steps to match the columns on the file with the correct fields in QuickBooks. Then tap Continue.
6. Hit the transactions you would like to import. Then select Continue.
7. Tap Yes.
8. When you've accepted your transactions, click Done.

Then, go back to the Banking page to match and categorise your bank transactions. This will help you track your finances and ensure everything is organized correctly. 

Now, the last step is to reconcile the transactions. This will help ensure your books are accurate and there aren't any duplicate transactions. It's important to double-check everything to make sure that your finances are in order.
