I'll share some information about receiving bank payments in QuickBooks. You can create and send an invoice to your customer that allows them to pay you when they choose to Pay Now right from that invoice.

 

Before that, you'll need to have active QuickBooks Online Payments (UK) to do so. Let me guide you how.

 

  1. Go to QuickBooks Online Payment to sign up.
  2. Create and send an invoice.
  3. Email or text a link to the invoice.
