How to sync bank account t on app

How to sync bank account via the apple app?  Seems to work fine but my partners access isn’t working.  It does occasionally trigger a “resync” problem but I can’t find out how to trigger that again?

Hi rory-nicol-will-, thanks for joining the Community - does a specific error code or message show when viewing the bank account on the app? The connection will expire every 90 days in line with Open Banking regulations, at which point you'll see a prompt to re-authorise the account. 🙂
