How would you deal with this transaction? Lets say you have £100 cash coming into you business everyday, you deposit 1000 after 10 days?

The £100 cash you receive every day can be recorded as a bank deposit in your petty cash account. Then, when it reaches £1000 and you deposit it into your actual bank account, you can record a bank transfer. Transfer £1000 from your petty cash to your checquing or savings account.
