HSBC - Having issues renewing my bank connection

Hi

I've got a message telling me to renew my bank connection, but I have tried inumerous times over the last week on my phone and laptop and I keep getting an error (1000) message. 

I'm a bit annoyed with this, as the rerason I started using Quickbooks was to simplify the process of doing my acounting and this is making me waste my time.

Can someone please advise.

There are times, you'll encounter an error when trying to renew your bank connection. You'll want to refresh them so you'll be able to restore the connection again. To do this, follow the steps provided below:

  1. Click the Gear icon in the upper right, then select Bank accounts under Transactions.
  2. On the Connect another account page, press the Refresh All button.

 

Once done, you can try reconnecting your bank. However, if the issue persists, I recommend reaching out to our support team so they can investigate further. This way, they'll also be able to pull up your account in a secure environment to check if this is only happening to your account.
