HSBC Kinetic business account doesn't link with Quickbooks.Anyone had similar issues and find solution?

The only option that Quickbooks gives is the HSBC Kinetic (mobile only) option when Im trying to connect.
On IPhone it's all working until the HSBC app will authorize the connection and redirecting me back to Quickbooks.
Than the whole process stops, blank page comes up, and nothing happens.

We understand your frustration with being unable to connect with the HSBC Kinetic Business account in QuickBooks mobile app. I'm here to share information.

 

HSBC Kinect bank is currently unable to connect to QuickBooks bank feeds. Please read the following link to learn which banks are available to connect to in QuickBooks:  Understanding if you can connect your bank feeds to Open Banking.

 

Meanwhile, you can manually enter your transactions into QuickBooks. You can find the steps and details in this article: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
