Question

I advised QBO that the Co-op bank feed was not working properly. QBO closed the case without reference to me. Has anyone else experienced these problems?

We currently have the following ongoing investigation for the Co-Op bank: INV-57915 Open Banking - Co-Operative Business bank "Verify your info - error 185" ​​​​​​​- is this the same error that you're seeing?
