Question

I am having trouble connecting to my Savings Account. However, I have no problem connecting to the current account. The authorization is granted to both accounts.

To start, I'd like to verify if you've encountered a specific error when connecting your Savings account? I appreciate you providing any additional information so I can give the most accurate details.

 

In the meantime, I recommend logging in to your QuickBooks account using a private browser. Then, try to connect the Savings account again to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue since private browsing doesn't store local files or cache.

 

You can press the following keyboard shortcuts to open a private browser: 

  • Ctrl+ Shift + N (Google Chrome)
  • Ctrl + Shift + P (Mozilla Firefox)
  • Command + Shift + N (Safari)

If the private browser works, you can clear the cache depending on which browser you're using through this helpful article: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online. If the private browser doesn't work, I'd suggest using another compatible browser.
