First, I'd like to ask the name of your bank so I can give you further details and look for any open investigation on our end. Also, have you received a specific error message when trying to link your account? Any additional details are much appreciated.

 

 On the other hand, let's ensure that your bank is supported under Open Banking regulations so you can connect to the system. You can open this link as your reference: Understanding if you can connect your bank feeds to Open Banking. If it is, let's try connecting your bank again by utilizing your bank's URL. This is to test if your bank has multiple names on our list, which is the reason you're unable to reconnect them.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Banking menu.
  2. Select the Add account button.
  3. Past your bank's URL in the Connect an account search box (example: http://www.chase.com).
  4. Enter your User ID or Email and Password.
  5. Click Continue.
  6. Follow the steps to successfully connect with your bank.

I have been with QuickBooks for more than three years, I know the process and something is preventing me from connecting again.

The QuickBooks support was useless, he clearly did not know how to fix the problem.

As a result I have completely lost interest.

 

I cannot afford to spend any more time.

I am now paying QuickBooks a ridiculous monthly subscription and I get absolutely NO backup.

 

A waste of time and money.

I am completely unsatisfied with the service
