Question

I am trying to import invoices. I have the correct format etc but when I 'Start Import' I get Unknown error unable to add Product

When importing the invoices, are you selecting the button to 'Add new products/services that don't already exist in QuickBooks'?

Yes I click both add new customers and products

Does it highlight any specific products within your file as causing the issue?
