I am unable to connect Santander to QB, I find the Chat help useless. how do i escalate the poor QB service beyond the useless support you get on line?

May I ask if you've received an error message upon connecting to your Santander Bank account? At this time, there's an ongoing issue regarding customers are unable to connect the Santander Bank account into QuickBooks Online resulting in an error 102.

 

The situation has been reported to our engineers, who are working to get this fixed in a timely manner. If you have the same experience, I suggest contacting our Customer Care Team so you'll be added to the list of the affected users and will be notified once any updates will be rolled out.
