I'm here to ensure you get the most updated transactions, @jane24.

If you're getting the same result after reconnecting, I'd suggest checking the bank's website to check if their website is undergoing maintenance or have server issues.

  1. Sign in to your bank or credit card's website. If you can't sign in, reach out to your bank or credit card company about the next steps.
  2. Look for any messages, notifications, or alerts. These should tell you if something isn't working.
  3. Review your account pages, account history, and transactions. If you can't see these, there may be connection issues.

If everything looks good, go back to QuickBooks and update your bank again.

Also, if you've recently updated anything on your bank’s website, update that info in QuickBooks as well.

  1. Go to the Banking menu or Transactions menu.
  2. Select the Banking tab.
  3. Choose the tile for the bank account. Then select the Edit ✎ icon.
  4. Select Edit sign-in info.
  5. Update your info as needed. This image shows the account tile and highlights the ✎ icon. Select this to edit it.

If none of these works, I suggest contacting our Customer Care Team support. They can further investigate why your bank is not downloading transactions since May 5, 2021.

In the meantime, you can manually upload your transactions into QuickBooks Online using a CSV file to make sure your transactions are up-to-date.

Additionally, if you can't upload them, or you get an error, don't worry. These can be easily fixed. Refer to this article for more info: Upload Errors
.

Keep me posted on how it goes after trying out these steps. I'm determined to help you succeed.
