I can not connect to Natwest bank. message says: Sorry, your bank no longer supports working with QuickBooks. Contact your bank for more info.(1000) More info

I can help you with submitting request support for Natwest bank so you can connect your account in QuickBooks Online. Please follow the steps:

 

  1. Go to the Banking page and select Add account.
  2. Search for the name of your financial institution. If QuickBooks is unable to find your bank, you will get the message, "Hmm, we can’t find [name of the bank you entered] in our list of supported banks," and you will be presented with helpful tips to try and locate your bank account.
  3. Select the Request support for your bank.
  4. Enter your bank's name and web address (URL) in the field provided, then select Request.

After submitting a request to add your bank, you may want to use these procedures on how to download and import your bank transactions:
