Thank you for posting here in the Community, @mtmrenovation-gm. I’ll share some information about connecting your Counting up bank into QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Currently, Counting up bank is not supported by QuickBooks. What we can do is to request a support for your bank and financial institution to provide open banking connection with the application. To do so, follow the Step 3: Request support for your bank from this article: Find your bank or credit card account when you connect to online banking

For the meantime, to upload your transactions to your company file. You'll have to manually download the transactions from the bank. Then, make sure you're using a QBO-compatible file format. Finally, transfer the file to your account.

To upload the file to your QuickBooks account:

  1. Go to the Banking menu and select the bank where you’re uploading the transactions from the Banking tab.
  2. Click the Update drop-down and select File upload.
  3. On the window that appears, tap the Browse button and choose the file that you’ll be downloading.
  4. Click on Open, then Next.
  5. Follow the onscreen instructions. Match the columns on the file with the banking fields in QuickBooks, then select Next.
  6. Click on Let's go. QuickBooks will now add the transactions to your account.

For additional details, see this article: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online

You may now categorise and reconcile the transactions from here.
